OCEAN - Stateroom Steward/ess

This is a cruise ship housekeeping job where you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining passenger rooms (staterooms) on a luxury cruise ship. You will provide high-quality hospitality service to guests and ensure rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable at all times.

Clean 15–20 guest rooms twice daily Make beds, vacuum, dust, and clean bathrooms and windows Refill towels, linens, and room supplies Handle guest requests (laundry, ice delivery, shoeshine service) Maintain cleanliness of balconies and public hygiene standards Report maintenance issues in rooms Handle garbage disposal following safety rules Participate in luggage handling during boarding/disembarking Follow safety, hygiene, and cruise standards strictly Maintain guest privacy and handle complaints professionally Work flexible shifts onboard ship

Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping / steward role Experience in hotels, resorts, or cruise ships preferred Ability to clean 15–20 rooms daily Physically strong (standing long hours, lifting 50+ lbs) Good English communication skills Professional grooming and hygiene standards Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
