Description

This role focuses on training and development within the automotive sector, specifically for sales teams. The Regional Training Representative will design and deliver training programs, especially related to EV (electric vehicle) and hybrid technologies, while ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Devise Sales training programs according to organizational requirements. Determine course content according to objectives. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.). Execute online training sessions in groups or individually. Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. Observe and evaluate results of training programs. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a trainer or instructor Knowledge of EV/Hybrid vehicle technology (mandatory) Experience in designing technical or sales training programs Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Good organizational and time management skills Degree in a technical field (preferred) Certified Technical Trainer (preferred)
