Description

This is a non-voice customer support + sales role where you communicate with customers via email and live chat. Your main goal is to resolve customer issues while also identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers, helping increase revenue.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email and chat Resolve product, order, and service issues Maintain high customer satisfaction Identify unhappy customers and prevent churn Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Recommend additional products or services Explain product value clearly Contribute to revenue and retention targets

Qualifications
