Role Overview – Hogar Properties is hiring a Senior HR Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, deep knowledge of UAE labor regulations, and the ability to manage human resources operations effectively, support talent management, ensure regulatory compliance, drive employee engagement, and contribute to organizational development within a dynamic property development and management environment. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Management – You will manage recruitment initiatives by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You will source talent through multiple channels, screen resumes, coordinate interview processes, and ensure hiring of qualified candidates who fit organizational culture and values. Employee Relations Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns professionally, resolving conflicts constructively, and maintaining positive working relationships. You will conduct exit interviews, gather employee feedback, address employee grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and satisfaction. UAE Labor Law Compliance – You will ensure strict compliance with UAE labor law, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) regulations, and all local employment requirements. You will maintain knowledge of labor law updates, ensure proper employment contracts, manage visa and work permit processes, and maintain compliant HR records and documentation. HR Policy Implementation and Administration – You will implement and administer human resources policies that comply with UAE regulations and support organizational objectives. You will communicate policies clearly to employees, ensure consistent application, train managers on policy implementation, and monitor compliance. Performance Management Support – You will support performance management processes by helping managers establish objectives, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and plan development. You will assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans, identify high performers for recognition, and support performance-based decision-making.
