Description

This role focuses on improving operations and customer experience using data, analytics, and process optimization. You’ll analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify problems, build reports, and help teams improve services across the platform.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data and customer feedback Identify trends and improvement opportunities Create reports and dashboards (KPIs, performance tracking) Collaborate with product, CX, and operations teams Support product launches and monitor adoption Improve processes for better customer & captain experience Create internal communication (English, Urdu, Arabic) Support training, peak operations, and service quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Operations, Data Analytics, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in operations, analytics, or customer experience (preferred) Good communication and stakeholder management skills
