Receive, inspect, and issue store items as per company policy, Maintain accurate records in ERP software and MS Excel, Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data, Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and safe Ensure proper labeling, racking, and storage of materials Follow FIFO method for stock rotation, Prepare Goods Inward Notes, Delivery Challans, and Gate Passes Enter all transactions accurately in ERP and Excel sheets Report any damage, shortage, or discrepancies to management, Verify and receive incoming goods from suppliers Follow company safety, security, and discipline rules. MOST IMPORTANT Must be computer literate with command over ERP and Excel Be available for overtime when requiredMaintain punctuality, honesty, and professionalism at all times
