Responsibilities

Introduce Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and companies Use your professional network to generate leads and referrals Help potential users understand how the platform fits into their hiring process Share feedback and insights to improve the product Promote adoption of the platform within your own company (if possible) Earn commissions based on successful referrals

Qualifications

Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (preferred) Strong professional network in hiring or business community Good communication and networking skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Interest in HR tech, AI, or recruitment tools
