Territory Sales Supervisor

The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is responsible for managing franchise operations, retail networks, and sales performance within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving distribution channels, and driving growth in products like JazzCash, prepaid/postpaid services, and devices.

Achieve monthly KPIs (JazzCash, prepaid/postpaid sales, remittances, MNP) Drive sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, and digital services Increase business penetration in assigned territory Manage assigned franchise(s) on a daily basis Build strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers Ensure proper execution of sales strategies through retail network Conduct daily market visits and retail audits Check stock availability and performance of retailers Identify and resolve on-ground issues

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience in sales, distribution, or channel management Proven ability to handle targets and KPIs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and in field environments
