So the deal is this. Star Services is seeking an HR Assistant—yesterday. If you have outstanding organizational skills, enjoy a little chaos, and can manage multiple spreadsheets like a pro, you could be the one. Furthermore, you will have to be ready to start right away—selected candidates cannot provide a “two weeks notice”.
What You’ll Actually Do:
– Play matchmaker between candidates, agencies, and our team (yeah, recruitment stuff)
– Keep employee files so organized Marie Kondo would be jealous
– Crunch HR numbers, whip up trackers, and live your best Excel life
– Deal with daily admin, chase people for info, keep things moving
– Team up with other departments—HR isn’t an island!
– Make sure newbies feel welcome and leavers don’t vanish into the ether (onboarding/offboarding, you know the drill)
You’ve Got:
– A bachelor’s in HR, Business, or something similar—no fake diplomas, please
– 3 to 6 years doing real HR work (recruitment, paperwork, all the fun stuff)
– Excel skills that make pivot tables look easy
– Communication game strong, plus you’re organized and can coordinate like a pro
