Requirements

• Education: Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing or relevant.
• Experience: 7-8 years in a Retail Setting with minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.

Position Overview

This involves a leadership role aimed at ensuring growth, retail presence, and profitability of the business in the assigned territory. The candidate will oversee various teams, report to sales, and monitor team performance to achieve revenue, profit, and profitable service capabilities.

This role involves executing sales, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring SOPs are adhered to. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with real estate and renovation tech holders and ensure work is carried out to company standards.

Note: The candidate should be open to relocate anywhere in Pakistan.
