🔹 Senior Manager – Product Design, UI/UX & Customer Experience
📌 Experience: 8+ years (with leadership exposure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading digital product design and customer experience
• UI/UX and design teams manage to guide you.
• Improving the customer journey
• Collaborating with product, IT, and business teams
• Using data and insights to drive user-centric ideas and improvements

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or related field
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Banking or fintech experience preferred.
