Position: Deputy Manager (R&D)

Location: Islamabad

Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Renewable Energy.

Experience :

• 5+ years of R&D experience in solar and IoT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms and energy storage.
• Experience with inverters, hybrid systems and smart power devices.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead R&D for solar, IoT and hybrid energy solutions.

   

• Manage product development from concept to deployment.

   

• Evaluate new solar, IoT, embedded and storage technologies.

   

• Coordinate with product, tech and operations teams.

   

• Manage projects, resources, and compliance.

   

• Mentor the R&D team and promote innovation.
