WE ARE HIRING! Manager – Planning

Manager Planning will be required to manage the raw material, manpower planning, and production planning activities, in order to achieve maximum capacity (100%) at a minimum cost. He/she/they will oversee the demand forecasting, production planning, and pre-production activities (size set cut, PP meetings, pilot run…), while setting and achieving all production targets on time. Manager Planning will manage and work with the merchandising, planning, and finishing teams to ensure the QC files, trims, fabrics, and shipping schedules align. Manager Planning will prepare daily production status reports, complete gap analysis, and adjust the planning as needed to meet deadlines. Manager Planning will regularly monitor MRP analytics, perform production (MRP) analysis, implementing process improvement to reduce downtime, and to ensure smooth yearly production planning.

Qualification: Bachelors Degree preferably in Textile Engineering. Experience: 6-8 years of garment production planning experience in a reputable denim export company. Note: Only candidates with denim experience will be considered.
