Responsibilities

About the Team TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. We are looking for an experienced and talented B2B Marketer to join our GBM Retail, Commerce & CPG team at TikTok driving and executing communication programs for business and marketing industry audiences. Working closely with the wider communications team, both in the METAP region and globally, this role will be critical in establishing our business positioning and leading client engagement initiatives. From a day to day perspective: -Work with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to identify common marketing needs for the pod through campaigns and content. -Develop and Execute B2B marketing plans to grow TikTok’s advertising business in agains the named account list. -Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage advertisers, agencies and creative/digital industry partners. -Drive awareness consideration and strengthen industry reputation. -Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions. -Own communication of content strategies and timelines to XFN partners and stakeholders. -Update, on a regular basis, the measurement capture documents required by RBM and GBM leadership – this will provide an aggregate view across all pods.

Qualifications

You are a marketer at heart. You have 5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role. You understand B2B audiences, their behaviour, and exactly how reach and engage with them. -You are a Storyteller. You have the ability to translate complex business problems into compelling brand strategies that drive breakthrough and inspiring creative execution. -You are a Self-starter. You like to get your hands dirty. You are capable of managing your own projects in a fast-growing startup. We don’t believe in layers of bureaucracy. -You are just really cool. You have a strong work ethic, but you also don’t take yourself too seriously.
