Job Position – MIS/GL Accountant/Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tag-team with the Finance Manager on budgets and forecasts—basically, get deep into spreadsheet world, throw out some targets, then actually check if the real numbers are playing nice (spoiler: they rarely do).

2. Hunt down variances like you’re the Sherlock Holmes of overspending—“Seriously, why is travel up by 50%?” Slice up the numbers, compare, and drop some actual insight for once.

3. Reconcile revenue, costs, and whatever else the accountants cooked up—catch weird stuff before it becomes a problem, or worse, an audit.

4. Watch expenses like it’s your money—we don’t need another ‘surprise’ at quarter-end. Departmental free-for-alls? Not on your watch.

5. Hawk-eye on the ledgers—don’t just hope the accounting’s fine. Double-check, triple-check, then side-eye it once more, just for luck.

6. Shake up those dusty old reports and dashboards (MIS, yawn) so people finally see the real deal, not just a bunch of pretty charts that say nothing.

7. Piece together financial statements for every company in the group—sounds like a nightmare? Yeah, it kinda is, but someone’s gotta do it.8.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, audit schedules, and other statutory reporting tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:
Preferably candidates who have experience in handling accounts of group companies.
M.Com or CA Intermediate qualification.
