Administrative Assistant – Transportation (UAE National – Female)

Alright, here’s the deal: Rosary School – Branch 1 needs a female UAE National who can jump in ASAP and whip our admin game into shape. If you’re the type who color-codes their calendar and doesn’t flinch at a last-minute schedule switch, you’re already halfway there.

What you’ll actually be doing:

– Herding the daily chaos that is school transport—getting everyone where they need to be, on time (miracles do happen).
– Keeping track of all the student transport records—think less “messy spreadsheet,” more “organized legend.”
– Helping out with general admin stuff.

Who we’re looking for:

– Female, UAE National (yep, it’s a must)
– Can start, like, now
– Super organized—your to-do lists have to-do lists
– Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, you know the drill)
