Marc Ellis is on the hunt for an Administrative Coordinator—not just anyone, but someone who actually calls Abu Dhabi home and can chat in Arabic without Google Translate on standby. What you’ll actually do:

– Deal with all that FTA case paperwork. Upload docs, register stuff, and—fun times—do weekly/monthly reconciliations.
– Keep reports and master sheets neat, dashboards updated, and make sure the numbers aren’t lying.
– Make invoices happen, chase payments, follow up (a lot), and generally keep the cash flowing.
– Be the communication hub for your department. You’ll coordinate with customers and wrangle Oracle registrations.
– Prep MIS reports and all that VAT verification jazz.
– Make sure the data’s solid, records are sorted, and reports look sharp.

What they want from you:

– Bachelor’s degree (yep, the classic)
– Two years minimum in admin or accounting coordination—don’t fake it, they’ll know.
– Seriously solid comms and organization skills. Arabic is a must, obviously.
– Actually understand accounting basics (don’t just say you do).
– Excel, Word, Outlook—if you’re not a whiz, brush up quick.

Bonus points if:

– You’ve ever touched an Oracle system.
– You know your way around FTA processes.
