• EDUCATION: CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN OR RECENTLY COMPLETED BS-IT/CS OR A RELATED FIELD.
• TENURE: 6-8 WEEKS
• AGE: 20-24

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employees provide basic IT support (computers, software, printers, email, networks).

   

• Install and configure desktops and laptops.

   

• Update and maintain MIS records, databases and reports.

   

• Resolve issues with vendors and senior IT staff.

   

• Assist with system documentation and asset records.

   

• Always keep data secure and confidential.

   

• Assist IT team with audits, system upgrades and new software.

   

• Do whatever the MIS manager asks.
