Job Title: HR Specialist Store Operations
Location: Lahore

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Admin Specialist to support our HR operations and contribute to a thriving work culture.

Role Overview:

As an HR Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions across our store network. This includes handling attendance and timekeeping systems, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with general administration, including coordination with the maintenance department when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and handle attendance reports, leave requests, and schedules for branch employees.
  • Oversee attendance issues for your branch, including patterns of tardiness, and manage accordingly within the governing code.
  • Assist with the recruitment process with candidates for your branch, arranging interviews between those candidates and HO, and facilitating their onboarding process and paperwork as needed.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure up to date and accurate data.
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks, including producing documentation and reports, facilitating all HR communications, and being involved with general maintenance and housekeeping issues.
  • Support employee engagement and ensure HR policies implementation across stores.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 0-2 years of HR experience (intern experience accepted).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive, ambitious attitude with a desire to grow in the HR field.
