JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Deliver on-site/online store training on customer service, product handling, portioning, hygiene standards, and SOPs.
• Train store teams on new product launches, promotions, and brand updates.
• Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain training records.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training.
• Track employee skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Visit stores regularly to observe employee performance and ensure compliance with training standards.

REQUIREMENT

• Must be a graduate.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
