So here’s the deal: First Response Healthcare is on the hunt for Center Managers who don’t just talk the talk but actually walk the walk. You’ll be running the show at our healthcare centers, making sure everything’s ticking along—from sorting out staff drama to keeping patient satisfaction sky-high. If you’re obsessed with smooth operations and can juggle a million things without losing your cool, keep reading.

Who are we?

FRH isn’t your run-of-the-mill healthcare crew. We snagged that fancy JCI accreditation, which basically means we know our stuff and don’t cut corners. We do home healthcare, but we’re also expanding like crazy across the UAE and the GCC. Innovation, compassion, high standards—blah blah blah. Bottom line: we care, and we’re not boring.

What you’ll actually do (aka your to-do list):

– Keep your center running like a well-oiled machine (or at least, not on fire)
– Herd cats—err, coordinate clinical & admin teams so everyone’s on the same page
– Keep an eye on staff: hire, train, pep talks, performance reviews, the whole shebang
– Make sure we don’t land in hot water with regulators
– Handle the not-so-glam stuff: budgets, paperwork, reports, and yes, procurement (someone’s gotta do it)
– Dream up ways to make patients rave about us (think outside the box)
– Team up with other departments so we all row in the same direction
– Put out fires—figuratively, but hey, sometimes literally

You’ll crush it if you’ve got:

– A Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management, Biz Admin, or something similar (Master’s? Even better)
– 3 to 5 years running the show in a healthcare setting
– Big boss energy: leadership, communication, organization—you know the drill
– You can manage all sorts of weird and wonderful teams, and you don’t freak out under pressure
– You actually solve problems instead of just emailing about them
– Know your way around both clinical and admin stuff
– Not glued to one city—willing to move or juggle multiple spots if needed
