Open Roles

– Receptionist / Admin Assistant
– BIM Modelers (Electrical & Mechanical)
– Site Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical)
– 2D Draughtsmen

What You’ll Actually Do (Depends on Your Title, Obviously)

Receptionist / Admin Assistant
– Play gatekeeper—greet folks, field calls, wrangle emails
– Keep the office running (think: records, supplies, calendars, the works)
– Back up engineers and project teams so everything goes smoothly

BIM Modelers

– Whip up detailed BIM models for electrical/mechanical work
– Run point with the design team to catch errors before they become headaches
– Keep the files sharp and up to company standards

Site Engineers

– Take charge of on-site MEP work—don’t let the chaos get you
– Do site inspections, wrangle subs, keep the bosses in the loop
– Troubleshoot on the fly and coordinate with consultants so nobody’s left guessing

2D Draughtsmen

– Drop killer AutoCAD drawings for MEP systems and layouts
– Help the engineers with whatever drafting they need
– Make sure every drawing follows the rules and keeps the client happy

What We’re Looking For

– At least 5 years’ UAE experience (no rookies, sorry)
– You’re in the UAE and ready to start ASAP
– You actually know how to use AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and can string a sentence together
– Got a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Design? Perfect
– Detail-obsessed and can handle the pressure when things get a little nuts
