To provide initial technical set-up and on-going user support for all Electronic Shipping Solutions, including hardware and software. Provide first level support and incident management for all Electronic Shipping Solutions deployed. Rollout Global / Regional Customer API Solutions and Programs. Manage hardware and software inventory & carry out vendor management activities. Carry out new customer solution on boarding and existing customer maintenance activities on a regular basis. Comply with DPDHL legal obligations regarding software licensing and comply with data security standards. Supervise the Customer Facing support desk.
