What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Here’s the deal: We need someone who’s played the front-line game—maybe you’ve done your time in hospitals, hotels, or airports. You’ll be the first face patients see, juggling everything from check-ins to making sure insurance doesn’t give anyone a headache. You’ll need to talk to people, actually listen, and keep things from falling apart when it gets wild. It’s healthcare, not a snooze-fest.

Stuff You Gotta Handle

– Say hey, help folks out, and don’t be a robot about it.
– Get people in the system, keep their info tight.
– Handle bills—don’t mess up the numbers.
– Make sure insurance isn’t a nightmare, chase those approvals, the whole deal.
– Tell folks what’s up—appointments, services, all that jazz.
– Sort out problems and make sure people leave happy (or at least not mad).
– Work with the nurses, docs, admin team… basically, don’t be a silo.

What You Need to Bring

– You’ve done this (or something close) in healthcare, hospitality, or aviation. No rookies, sorry.
– Know your way around patient check-ins, billing, and insurance. Seriously.
– English has to be solid—talk it, write it. Bonus points if you’ve got another language.
– You’re not scared of hospital software or MS Office. Clicking around lost isn’t a vibe.
– Spin a bunch of plates at once and still keep your cool.
– Be decent to people. Empathy and not looking bored is key.
