JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations..

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of market, with existing relationships in the industry being a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the frozen sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
