POSITION: UNDERWRITING & CLAIMS PROFESSIONALS

We are seeking

Self-motivated and result-oriented mid-level Underwriting & Claims Professionals to join our dynamic team at Karachi.

Underwriter:

You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing insurance risks, determining appropriate coverage, and setting premium rates in line with company policies. The role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, the ability to interpret data, and sound judgment in risk assessment. You will also liaise with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure that underwriting decisions are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.

Claims Professional:

You will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring they are handled efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with company guidelines. The role requires a solid understanding of insurance principles, investigative ability, and strong judgment to make informed decisions on claim settlements. You will work closely with surveyors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve claims promptly while maintaining service quality and minimizing potential losses.

Qualifications / Certification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; ACII (Associate Chartered Insurance Institute) or progress towards ACII certification is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, insurance regulations, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
