We are looking for Creative Manager – Marketing

Summary:

We’re seeking a Creative Manager to shape and deliver impactful campaigns across branding, print, digital, and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with directors, writers, strategists, and production teams to bring bold ideas from concept to execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developed and implemented creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, video and other channels while closely collaborating with copywriters, account managers, strategists, and production team on client brand and objectives.

• Conceptualized and delivered design projects from start to finish while tracking timelines, budgets, and quality, as well as consistency with brand across all assets.

• Provided art direction on how visual elements were conceived, designed, and produced, including layout, typography, photo shoots, video, and mechanicals. You should maintain a strong eye on type, branding, and visual stories.

• Streamlined the production process for efficiency – including introducing tools to help with speed of project delivery while maintaining consistency.

• Mentored junior designers and implemented feedback, guidance and help to elevate their creative and technical abilities.

• Navigated the agency workflow with great skill, exhibiting agility to juggle multiple briefs, deadlines, and cross-functional requests, which is the expectation of agency life.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in this role or a similar role.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree

• An adaptable creative who can generate high-quality work across multiple mediums
