Job Title: Line Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Line Supervisor to manage production line operations, ensure smooth functioning of PLC and electrical systems, supervise workers, and achieve assigned production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check the PLC and electrical system and operate the crane to keep the line running smoothly.

   

• I see that the workers are working cleanly and in their correct place.
• Check the product tanks to ensure that there is no supply band.

   

• Start the line on time and meet the shift target.

   

• Take care of the cleanliness and maintenance of the line.
• To report any technical or operational issues.

   

• Work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams.

   

• Follow safety and work practices.

Requirements

• Education: DAE in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations.
• Skills: * Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical systems.
  • Strong supervisory and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
