📢 We Are HIRING Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted Secondary volume, numeric, weighted distribution and market share gain.
• Responsible for managing and developing his team.
• Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and potential distributors/accounts through regular market visits and also analyze competitor activity in the market and developing counter strategy.
• Execute plans for enhancement in cold availability of all SKUs by channel to increase secondary sales.
• Deployment and management of assets (coolers & glass).
• Ensure and monitor cooler productivity.
• Implement Route to Market strategies and replicate best practices.
• Monitor and improve sales force efficiency.
• Analyzing sales KPIs and taking corrective actions.
• Ensuring profitable sales by monitoring the discounts, variable margins, gross profit and Net Sales Revenue of the region.
• Responsible for distributor profitability.
• Responsible for long term and sustainable business.

Job Requirements:

• Master in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing.
• 08 – 10 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
