Job Responsibilities

• Digitalize and automate** HR processes.
• Maintain employee e-files and records**, keeping them accurate and confidential.
• Recruitment** Assist me (CV screening, interviews, follow-ups).
• Onboarding** Fast and smooth process.
• Coordinate background checks**.
• Prepare HR data, dashboards and reports**.
• Coordination with teams** for HR operations.
• Daily HR tasks** Support me in FMCG environment.

Job Requirements

• BBA / BS Engineering / Bachelors in Information Technology
• Experience working with digital tools, systems, and MS Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
