The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ABS extrusion operations, process optimization, and team supervision within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of extrusion machinery, raw material handling, quality control standards, and production planning to ensure consistent output, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.
