* Have practical experience working in a paint shop, where production runs smoothly and coating quality is good.
* Improve production processes and contribute to continuous improvement in the plant.
* Have technical knowledge of paint application, surface treatment and production efficiency
* Know how to run operations efficiently and to a high standard
