Position: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition / HR Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive resource who shall be responsible to lead the Talent Acquisition and support HR Operations across Head Office and Dealerships. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and documentation, employee records management, HRMS updates, HR operations i.e. Confirmations & Contractual, and support in Performance Management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions while ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications : MBA (Majors in HR) from any reputable institute.

Requirements :

• Up to 03 to 04 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong business acumen, the ability to learn quickly and analyze new trends.
