Position: Section Officer – Goods Receiving

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Ensure proper inspection for quality, damage, and expiry (where applicable)
• Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receiving Notes) and system entries
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments for discrepancies
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper storage practices
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/retail receiving
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with inventory systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
