Iqra University is looking for a dedicated Student Services Coordinator to help enhance student support, ensure smooth academic service delivery, and contribute to a positive campus experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance student services in collaboration with faculty, staff & students
• Coordinate with advisors/counselors for student support
• Submit daily class progress reports to the HOD
• Communicate schedules, rescheduling & makeup classes
• Assist students, parents & visitors with university services
• Help resolve student conflicts professionally & confidentially
• Maintain active communication with students
• Guide new/current students through registration
• Track prospective students from inquiry to registration
• Serve as a backup liaison among faculty, students, counselors & parents
• Provide and collect faculty attendance sheets
