Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure across the UAE office and remote sites within the MENA region. He will play a key role in day-to-day operations as well as IT components of office fit-outs, delivering exceptional hands-on support for hardware, network systems, and workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the MENA region.
– Maintain and troubleshoot core IT infrastructure and workplace technologies including video conferencing (VC) systems, mobile devices, and related equipment
– Set up, configure, and support IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other office hardware.
– Assist in the planning and execution of IT aspects of office fit-outs, including network infrastructure setup.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and smooth project execution.
– Ensure detailed documentation of support activities, incident resolutions, and asset tracking.
– Support the implementation and management of mobile device policies and tools such as Microsoft Intune.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within multi-site or regional environments.
Strong working knowledge of:
– Microsoft products and services (Windows, Office 365, etc.)
– Cisco technologies
– Azure Cloud services
– Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routing, firewalls)
– Video conferencing solutions (e.g., Neat, Teams, WebEx)
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
– Demonstrated involvement in office fit-outs and infrastructure deployment projects.
– Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
