Who are we looking for?
Someone with Bachelors in IT/ Engineering/ Computer Science from a reputed HEC-recognized university/institution & Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in a large organization with multi-branch architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Support

•  Checking the health of Exalogic and Exadata systems.
•  Exalogic and Exadata system admin karna.
•  Administration and configuration of Linux operating systems.
•  Oracle hardware management (ILOM) and configuration management.
•  Provide Oracle VM and Linux OS installation or configuration.
•  Routine maintenance, performance tuning and monitoring of Linux systems.
•  Linux packages installation, user/group management, access rights, privileges, upgrades, kernel tuning,
•  firmware upgrades and troubleshooting support.
•  Efficient support and administration of NFS shares.
•  Oracle Exalogic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
•  Administration, configuration and management of Oracle EMOC.
•  Organizing UAT, DEV, staging environments.
•  Disaster recovery site management, update and administration.
•  Provide 24×7 support.

1. Compliance, Reporting and Security

• Monitor and assess the efficiency, usage of Servers and develop action plan for improvement.
• Implement and ensure full compliance of policies and procedures of Data Center.

Skills:

• * Knowledge of data center standards
  * Basic practical experience with EXALOGIC, EMOC, EMCC, OVM and related technologies.
  * Basic administrative knowledge of EXALOGIC / EXADATA and Oracle ZFS
  * Ability to schedule and script routine jobs; experience with automation tools is a plus point.
  * Strong knowledge and experience of Linux administration.
