• (LLB) / (LLM), preferably having 10+ years of experience and or/Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries/CA with thorough knowledge over Contract/ property and microfinance laws.
• At least 10+ years of experience in the capacity of Company Secretary and/or head of legal.
