Key Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy inventory levels – avoid overstocking or stockouts while keeping a strong turnover ratio.
• Drive successful growth of Never-Out-of-Stock (NOOS) programs.
• Predict demand for new launches using historical data, market insights, and pre-order trends.
• Work with sourcing to ensure timely deliveries, correct quantities, and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor slow-moving items and implement strategies (promotions, bundling, visibility boosts) before they become aging stock.
• Use analytics to guide buying, replenishment, and allocation decisions.
