POSITION DEPARTMENT QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Officer/Assistant Manager ORIC
So, this gig’s for folks with a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Management, Social Sciences, or something along those lines. Got a year or two wrangling research projects, chasing grants, or trying to bridge that awkward gap between academics and industry? Sweet, you’re in the ballpark—especially if you survived the madness at a proper university or a big-name company.

Officer/Executive Marketing & Communications
Got a thing for SEO and digital marketing wizardry? You’ll need a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or something close. If you’ve clocked 1-2 years actually executing strategy (not just talking about it in meetings), and can do all the nerdy stuff—link building, analytics, keywords, both on-page and off, and you know your way around HTML, CSS, JS, and WordPress—you’re basically golden.

Industrial Liaison Officer Student Affairs
Here’s one for the networkers and smooth-talkers. If you majored in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or similar, and have a year or two hustling up industry partnerships or doing corporate schmoozing at a uni or big org, you’ll fit right in.

Admission Officer Student Affairs
If you know the admissions game and have spent at least a year or two in student admin or services (again, with those trusty degrees in Business, Management, Social Sciences, etc.), this one’s for you. Basically, if you can handle the chaos of application season and keep your cool, you’ll survive.

Data Analyst Quality Enhancement Cell
Numbers nerds—step right up. If you’ve got a degree in Stats, Data Science, Business Analytics, Management, Social Sciences, or something equally number-crunchy, and at least a year or two making sense of data or dealing with quality checks at a university or big company, you’re what they want.
