What your typical day will look like

• Oversee all recruitment activities, develop talent acquisition strategy
• Develop and manage employer branding initiatives, work with placement offices for job fairs/recruitment drives to build a strong employer brand
• Manage recruitment metrics and provide reports/suggestions related to the improvement of recruiting efficiency and hires quality
• Manage NCL’s ATS and ensure that they are maintaining complete employee database
• What will lead to your success in this position
• MHRM/BBA/MBA or 2-3 years of relevant experience
• You have high EQ and can build trusting relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• You have experience managing multiple recruitment processes and can work well independently and find ways to support their customer and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
