The Audit Officer will be the one responsible for making sure that the inventory is accurate, company policies are followed, and good inventory management practices are implemented throughout all operations. The perfect candidate should possess excellent analytical abilities, be very observant, and be capable of working together with different teams as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Analyze inventory data and prepare detailed audit and reconciliation reports

• Identify discrepancies, variances, and control gaps, and recommend corrective actions

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve and streamline inventory processes

• Assist in developing and implementing effective inventory control strategies

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of audit findings

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel
