We are hiring Gate Clerk
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor entry and exit of persons, materials, consignments and vehicles according to factory SOPs/instructions
- Physically check all consignments and ensure they are entered in SAP/registers
- Verify CNICs, issuance of gate/visitor passes and verify identity of contractor workers
- Maintain hard copies of records involved for the incoming / outgoing consignments, plus ensure dispatch trucks are despatched for
- outgoing consignments according to their documents / according to the material at out time
- Organise shift vehicles / keep gate office records
- To inform and educate the drivers on speed limits and safety rules.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Minimum Bachelor’s qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant gate/access control experience.
- Knowledge of gate and security protocols.
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency & SAP knowledge
