WE ARE HIRING! ACCOUNTS OFFICER – TAXATION

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconciliation of income tax, withholding tax, sales tax, and purchase registers with respective GL accounts. Supervise sales tax filing, withholding tax statements and ensured accurate reconciliations. Assist in annual income tax return preparation and quarterly advance tax workings, ensuring exemption validity. Manage compliance and respond to notices from tax authorities (FBR, SRB) with required data and reports. Prepare workings for audits (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax) and maintain year-wise tax records with GL reconciliation.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salary: 70,000 – 80,000/- (Based on experience & skill set) Medical Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Performance Incentive, Saturday off

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, with 4-5 years of experience in Accounts and Taxation. ICMA/ACCA/CA Part Qualified with 2-3 years of experience, at least 2 years of experience in Taxation and Accounting

DESIRED SKILL SET:

Strong team player Proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle software Solid analytical and problem solving skill Strong knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act, and provincial tax laws.
