We are looking for Shift/Incharge Supervisior Production Department at the Plent Nooriabad

About the Role:

The Incharge/Shift Supervisor provides technical support to keep the plant’s machines running at peak performance. Manages shifts and teams, troubleshoots machine problems (troubleshooting), and performs preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and keep production running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Check the machines during the shift and see if everything is working properly.
• Find and fix the machine’s faults.
• Time to oil, grease and change the filter.
• Replace or repair damaged parts.
• If spare parts are needed, inform the manager.
• What was the problem and how to write a daily report.
• Work will not stop until quick action is taken on the breakdown.

Requirement:

• DAE Mechanical or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
