Procurement Engineer Jobs
PFC Group’s on the hunt for a Procurement Engineer who actually knows their way around the UAE market. Not some rookie—someone with 3-5 years of grit in construction or industrial procurement out here. If you can’t tell the difference between a solid supplier and a headache, maybe skip this one.
Where? UAE. (Yeah, you’ll need to be here. No remote daydreaming.)
Experience: 3–5 years, and not just pushing papers—real procurement, real projects.
What you’ll actually be doing:
– Sourcing and haggling for materials and services (no armchair negotiators, please).
– Picking apart supplier quotes and building those classic comparison sheets.
– Keeping vendor relationships tight—local vendors, not your cousin’s cousin.
– Chasing down the engineering and project teams so stuff gets ordered on time.
– Making sure everything ticks the right boxes for quality and delivery. No shortcuts.
– Drowning in purchase orders and paperwork, but hey, someone’s gotta do it.
Who we’re after:
– Bachelor’s in engineering or something similar (no honorary degrees, sorry).
– Solid UAE procurement experience—if you’ve never bartered in Sharjah, you might struggle.
– Actually knows the local supplier scene and what stuff costs—no wild guessing.
– Can negotiate like a bazaar pro, keep things organized, and doesn’t clam up in meetings.
– Knows their way around ERP systems and Office. If “Excel” makes you sweat, this isn’t your gig.
Sound like you?
Drop the CV. If not, well, thanks for scrolling.
