Description:

Reliably structures multiple complex problems into key questions and issue trees, ensuring an integrated project work plan and applies PEP principles.Creates value for the client, by ensuring the team develops high-quality solutions that create tangible impact for the client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathers client issues beyond the scope of the current project in order to identify potential needs for support and shares ideas with superiors.
  • Produces complete well-structured presentations and executive summaries, alone or leads the team effort, with a convincing storyline and chart design, tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Presents and discusses critical presentations and own opinions/ideas in a professional and self-assured manner.
  • Systematically offers occasions to give/receive feedback on work results and personal behaviour using various tools.
  • Gives team members challenging yet manageable tasks according to skill level, provides regular, well-balanced feedback and gives guidance, if necessary.
  • Provides regular and well-balanced feedback, support and guidance to help team members acquire new skills or develop existing skills within the project framework.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school.
  • 6+ years of experience in consulting in the Automotive space with top tier strategy firms
  • Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantage
  • Presenting results to clients
  • Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
