SENIOR OFFICER – GENERAL PURCHASE

The incumbent will be responsible for executing general purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of operational and factory-related items while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing materials for the factory and office
• Researching suppliers and checking their prices and quality
• Compare prices to place purchase orders
• Trying to get cheaper and better deals
• Requesting materials from stores and other teams
• Keeping records of materials
• Checking stock to ensure there is no shortage or excess materials
• Working with the finance team to handle billing and payment 😊

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
Experience : 2 to 4 years
KSA : Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, vendor management, and oracle / ERP systems
