TENDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor tender portals and evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical & financial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Finance teams for documentation.
• Maintain tender records, trackers, and provide regular management updates.
• Analyze lost tenders and support bid/no-bid decisions.

Eligibility:

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in tender management or bid preparation (pharma/healthcare preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and tender portals.
