• EXPERIENCE: * Applicants must have 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Supervise and guide Field / Medical Representatives.
  • Plan and implement effective territory coverage and journey plans.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and institutional clients.
  • Support product launches, CME programs, sales campaigns, and other promotional activities.
